How We Began A Space Created for Women Who Needed It Sage & Poppy was born in one of those tender, in-between seasons—when everything familiar had shifted, and the path forward felt uncertain. It was in that stillness that the vision became clear: a space where women could come as they are, without pretending to be further along than they are. We believe healing isn't linear, and it isn't one-size-fits-all. It moves in spirals—forward, inward, sometimes back—and it always asks us to be honest about where we truly are. This practice was built to honour that truth. Named for two plants of deep symbolic meaning, Sage & Poppy is grounded in wisdom and resilience. In the sage, we find clarity and ancient knowing. In the poppy, we find the courage to bloom again after long seasons of dormancy. Healing That Honors All of You We reject the fragmented approach. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment.
